Mack telecom started in December 1995 to serve only one customer, Motorola. Along the way, Mack's spreading reputation as a provider of top quality services allowed it to diversify into new areas—like trenching and ducting for Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) and installation of OFC nodes. Quickly enough, new customers such as Ericsson, Nortel and Tejas Networks came our way. Many companies contacted Mack Telecom directly, among them the Bharti group, BPL, Essar-Hutchison and Reliance.
