services are documented in internal process specifications. Work
is carried out under environmentally controlled conditions, as specified
in internal documentation. Preventive maintenance schedules, procedures
and methods are followed to optimise effectiveness. Critical operations
are performed by trained and certified personnel. Data is recorded
in charts.
