Quality Process
Operations in services operations are controlled to ensure that the internal and external standards of quality are met or exceeded. All team members, support personnel, and management share the responsibility and authority to make sure that the product is processed to specified requirements, in keeping with the quality standards and documented procedures.
Work Instructions

All operations—from installation to commissioning, testing to monitoring—are conducted to appropriate work instructions. These instructions include (where aapplicable) samples, drawings, and detailed operational instructions.

All designated support personnel, team members, and management are responsible for and have the authority to update work instructions, to ensure that the process conforms to expected practices and optimum quality systems. Personnel are jointly responsible for ensuring that the current work instructions are available.
CONTROLS

mackMINDER— our online project management tool—is responsible for managing, administering, and monitoring. Procedures for governing critical services are documented in internal process specifications. Work is carried out under environmentally controlled conditions, as specified in internal documentation. Preventive maintenance schedules, procedures and methods are followed to optimise effectiveness. Critical operations are performed by trained and certified personnel. Data is recorded in charts.
